So here's Chapter 17.
I'm thinking that this Chapter is maybe longer than it needs to be? I'm not really sure, really. So I figured I'd just ask people for some impressions rather than pour over it and do rewrites for a month. I hope that this is a good plan and not another act of abuse against my readership.
I hope I can finish this thing before the summer ends. It should be about 3 chapters left from here. It's been a really long haul, but I guess I'm almost done.
